About Shoestoppers
A Legacy in Every Step
Our Story: A Century of Footwear in Our Blood
Our foundation was laid by Late Ata Hussain Siddiqui, who instilled in our family a profound respect for the art of footwear. This passion was carried forward by his son, Majid Hussain, who became one of Karachi's most respected footwear distributors for over four decades.
For Majid, distribution was never just about selling. It was about sharing an art form. He understood the language of a good shoe. its balance, its fit, its soul. He didn't just move boxes; he curated quality and built relationships on trust, becoming a cornerstone of the local industry.
Today, the third generation steps forward.
Honoring this deep-seated legacy, his younger son, Talha Siddiqui, founded Shoestoppers. He transformed the family's distributive wisdom into a creative force, specializing in handmade ladies' footwear. Under his eye, the art his grandfather cherished and his father championed is preserved and perfected in every stitch.
Seeing a greater opportunity, the eldest son, Hammad Siddiqui, recognized a pivotal gap: while Pakistan had the craft, it lacked a dedicated gateway to the world. He now leads our Export Division, building a bridge between our family's artisan heritage and the precise demands of the international market. He ensures the quality we've defended for generations meets the standards, timelines, and trust of global brands.
This is our triad: The Grandfather's foundation. The Father's art of the trade. The Sons' vision for the future. Shoestoppers is where it all converges.
We stand as custodians of a legacy and architects of its future. We offer brands a rare combination: the soul and skill of a multi-generational Karachi footwear family, paired with the reliability and reach of a global export partner.
